  “We've brought our dogs to Lords Hill for over 12 years for both boarding and grooming. The owner and staff know dogs and have many options available for walks, play time, etc...The policy is straightforward and has always worked well for us. The grooming is professional.”

  “We have taken our dogs to Lords Hill for MANY years...I have never been anything but pleased with all results...We have boarded and had our dogs groomed here.. I would not take them anywhere else... The care and concern for our dogs was the very best!!! Thanks Pat and all”

  “Contrary to Austin our experiences at Lords Hill have been wonderful. The staff are knowledgeable and caring. The prices are very compatable with other facilities if not better. Many charge an automatic 2 days stay.Our opinion is the charges are upfront and if you didn't like their policies for charging you should have gone elsewhere. WE will continue to use them as our dogs are always happy and well cared for. I just checked their hours and they are open M-F 8-6 S-S 9-11 and 5-6. Hours and pricing were explained to us both verbally and in writing.”

  “We dropped our dog at the facility on Saturday at 2:45pm. The reception was cold to say the least. We felt we were imposing on the person checking us in. We were then told the dog we could only pick him up at 10-11 or 5-6pm on Sunday. Couldn't do 10-11 so went for 5-6. With no prior notification, we were charged an extra day because we didn't pick him up before 11. This is unbelieveable. The dog was there 27 hours and we were charged $45 for two full days!!! So, be very careful of their charging policy and beware the soup nazi at the desk.”
